Petal Package: Coordination

You’ve done the planning! Now it’s time to relax and be fully present❤️ We’ll step in about 6–8 weeks before your wedding to confirm details, communicate with vendors, and manage your timeline from rehearsal through the end of your big day. You enjoy every moment and we’ll handle the rest! Starts at $995 Includes:

Final planning meeting to confirm details -Vendor confirmations prior to wedding day -Creation of wedding day timeline -Ceremony & reception flow coordination -Rehearsal coordination -Full wedding day management -Setup direction and event execution support -Problem-solving and day-of support Handling of all day-of details, vendor questions, and timeline execution - There to take care of logistics and alleviate any stress or questions on the couple

Wildflower Package: Partial Planning/Coordinating

You’ve started planning, and now it’s time to let it blossom💐 This package is perfect for couples who have secured some vendors and begun planning, but need guidance pulling all the details together for a cohesive, stress-free celebration. Starts at $1,500 Includes:

Up to 4 In-person and/or Zoom planning meetings leading up to the wedding -Unlimited calling/texting/email for questions, inquiries, etc. -Vendor recommendations to fill in remaining categories -Review of vendor contracts and timelines -Design and décor consultation to ensure a cohesive look -Custom wedding day timeline and master logistics plan -One final venue walkthrough -Vendor confirmations and coordination -Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day -Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception -On-site lead coordinator and assistant on the wedding day -Seating arrangement assistance, cake cutting/distribution, bus tables, empty trash, etc. -Handling of all day-of details, vendor questions, and timeline execution -There to take care of logistics and alleviate any stress or questions on the Bride & Groom

Bloom Package: Full Planning/Coordinating

From your first “yes” to your final send-off, we’ll handle every detail with care and creativity✨ This all-encompassing package is designed for couples who want a truly stress-free experience from start to finish — every element planned, managed, and styled to perfection. Starts at $2,000 Includes:

Unlimited planning meetings - Unlimited calling/texting/email for questions, inquiries, etc. - Full design and style direction - Budget creation and management - Vendor research, recommendations, and booking assistance - Attendance at key vendor meetings (venue, catering, floral, etc.) - Monthly planning check-ins and timeline updates - Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline and layout - Up to 14 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day - Coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception - Management of all vendor communication and deliveries - On-site coordination with a lead planner, assistant planner and extra person to help with set-up - Seating arrangement assistance, cake cutting/distribution, bus tables, empty trash, etc. - Access to décor rentals from Meyer’s Precision Planning - Emergency wedding day kit
